What are Conferencing Services?
Conferencing Services make it possible to schedule and hold a telephonic meeting, via a fully computerised system.
As a result, meetings can be held efficiently and at any time.
It makes no difference where the meeting partners are located.
All that they require is a telephone, the telephone number that they are supposed to call, and a pin code to obtain access to the conference.
Once logged in, the conferencing partner enters a virtual conference room where the meeting can be held.
The organiser of the meeting can invite participants, and select a date, time and code.
