Depending on the combination of Called number (DDI), Caller ID (CLI) and possible other flags the appropriate service is selected: leave a Voicemail message, play the recorded messages, change the mailbox settings or even redirect the recorded message as a sound file to the user’s email address. A Voicemail application on the voicemail server provides the VoiceXML documents containing the dialog scripts. Information is stored in a database. The voicemail messages are also stored in a database, in a directory tree on a mirrored disc, or in a SUN Cluster with storage. SpeechFrame® configuration, provisioning configuration of the database and statistics are available through a secured web interface. The service is network based and perfectly incorporates with your network architecture. Mobile or fixed line, it all fits seamlessly with this Comsys Technology. Voicemail is available as a full redundant architecture to ensure maximum availability and data integrity.
